Cre8er Club (A platform created by is a curated influencer marketplace connecting brands and creators. Since we are a service-based platform where collaborations are initiated between two independent parties (brands and influencers), our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness, accountability, and transparency for both parties.
Cre8er Club does not offer automatic refunds once an order has been placed and accepted by the influencer. However, exceptions may apply based on valid dispute resolutions, as outlined below.
Refunds may be initiated only under the following conditions:
The influencer fails to deliver content or complete the assigned task within the agreed timeline without valid communication or request for an extension.
Delivered content is incomplete, not as described, or violates platform guidelines.
The influencer cancels the order voluntarily after accepting it.
Fraudulent or duplicate payments due to technical errors on the platform.
The following situations are not eligible for a refund:
Change of mind after placing the order.
The brand is dissatisfied with the influencer’s natural style, tone, or delivery, despite it matching the mutually agreed brief.
Delays caused by brand-side miscommunication or lack of timely response/feedback.
Any off-platform transactions between influencer and brand.
A collaboration marked as completed and reviewed by the brand.
A brand must raise a refund or dispute request within 24 hours of content delivery through the “Raise Dispute” option on the platform.
Our support team will review all submissions and may ask both parties for additional proof (e.g., chats, draft files, or briefs) before reaching a fair decision.
Dispute resolution may take up to 7 business days.
If a refund is approved, it will be credited to your Cre8er Club wallet by default, which can be reused for future orders.
Refund to the original payment method (UPI/Bank/Card) is available on request and may take 5–10 working days to reflect in your account.
In some cases, where refund is requested after partial delivery or effort by the influencer, Cre8er Club may retain a platform service fee (up to 25%) to cover operational costs.
Cre8er Club reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund-related matters. Users agree to abide by the judgment of the platform’s dispute resolution team.
